Aviation tax expert and CPA, Daniel Cheung, will explains how to maximize income tax savings AND minimize sales and use tax for aircraft operators. Topics include:

• How delivery location can create potential sales tax liability
• How a tax plan can still be created for a plane that’s already purchased
• How to write off aircraft expenses for an aircraft that is used for both business and pleasure
• How choosing not to depreciate a business aircraft can result in severe negative income tax consequences

Presenter:
Daniel Cheung is a member of Aviation Tax Consultants, LLC. He is a certified public accountant who specializes in aviation tax compliance matters. He has established great working relationships within the general aviation community with business aircraft owners, pilots and aircraft sales professionals.

Daniel is a frequent speaker at aviation events and aviation tax conferences around the country and frequent contributor to aviation trade journals. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University in 1989.

Daniel was born and raised in Hong Kong and he has been a naturalized Hoosier since 1985. He resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife Susan and two children, Cody and David.
